My journey started with a simple question: Why does the hospitality industry have so much data but still struggle to make it work? After all, data-driven decisions are at the heart of every modern business, and hospitality is no different. But in a sector historically slow to adopt new tech, it became clear that there was a gap between the potential of AI and the reality of data readiness.

I aim to bridge that gap. With a background in both hospitality and data, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative AI can be when applied properly—but I also know the challenges that come with it.
